Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how Functra Pro subscriptions can be canceled, how billing works, and under what circumstances refunds may or may not be issued. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions processed through Stripe.

1. Functra Pro Subscription

Functra Pro is a recurring digital subscription that unlocks premium features, including unlimited board creation and other Pro-only capabilities. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing interval selected at checkout (for example, monthly or annually, as displayed at the time of purchase).

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your Functra Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not immediately remove access to Pro features.

To cancel, access your billing dashboard through the Stripe Customer Portal or the billing management link provided within your account settings after subscribing. If you need assistance locating the portal, contact us at info@functra.com and we will help you.

3. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, your Pro access remains active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. For example, if you cancel on the 10th day of a monthly plan, you will retain Pro features until the end of that billing month.

After the current billing period expires, your account will revert to the free plan and free-tier limits (such as the board creation limit) will apply again, unless you resubscribe.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant delivery of digital resources upon subscription activation — including immediate access to unlimited board creation and other Pro features — Functra does not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Once a billing period has started and Pro access has been granted, fees for that period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

If you believe you were charged in error, were billed after a successful cancellation, or experienced a technical issue that prevented reasonable use of Pro features, please contact us at info@functra.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge. We will review your request in good faith.

5. Failed Payments and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge according to its standard retry logic. We may suspend Pro access until payment is successfully processed.

6. Plan Changes and Price Updates

We may update subscription pricing or plan features from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice before price changes affect your existing subscription. Continued use after the effective date of a price change may constitute acceptance of the new pricing for subsequent billing cycles.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to reach out to info@functra.com so we can resolve billing issues promptly.

8. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have statutory rights regarding digital content and distance contracts. Where applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal, we will honor such rights in accordance with legal requirements. Please note that by accessing Pro features immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service, which can affect withdrawal rights where permitted by law.
